Help Tutorials
Register an application and launch it from the Hub
- Applications → Register app. Choose the slug carefully, because it's permanent. Add your launch URL.
- Permissions & roles. Add permissions like
app.notes.edit, role names likeeditorandviewer, and pick a default role. - API Keys → Create key, scoped to your app, with
entitlements.manageandusers.list. Put the secret in your backend. - Webhooks → Add webhook for
access.revokedandrole.removed, pointing at your backend. Verify signatures as in Receiving webhooks. - Grant yourself access: Users → you → Access → Grant → your app.
- On Home, your app's tile appears. Tap it. The Hub mints a 5-minute app token and opens your launch URL. Your app verifies the token against Substratal's public keys.
Self-registered apps wait for staff review before other people can see them. Your own access works straight away.
