Rename, leave, set up SCIM provisioning, or (staff) suspend the organization.

What you can do here
- Rename
- Leave — 409 last admin
- Load SCIM status — 404 scim_token_not_found → "Not set up" with a Set up button
- Create / rotate SCIM token — 201 → one-time secret sheet showing
base_urlandtokenwith Copy; the previous token stops working at once - Turn off SCIM — 204 → "Not set up"
